Pack and Ship
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
